Aged Cheddar Shroom Burger


  • 1 each Ground beef patty, grilled
  • 1 slice Vermont white cheddar cheese
  • 1 each Sesame seed roll, toasted
  • 2 fl oz Sweet Red Chili Wing Sauce & Glaze (SJ2347HF)
  • 1 leaf Lettuce
  • 2 slices Tomato
  • 2 oz Portabella shiitake mushrooms blend, sautéed
  • 1 serving Tater tots, fried


  1. Grill burger patty to desired temperature, top with cheese, and toast bun.
  2. Spread heel and crown with Sweet Red Chili Wing Sauce & Glaze (SJ2347HF).
  3. On the heel place lettuce, tomato, burger with melted cheese and sautéed mushrooms.
  4. Top with crown and plate with tater tots.
