angry shrimp pepe flat bread
Ingredients
- 6 each 16/20 Shrimp
- 1 tsp Red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup Garlic Parmesan Wing Sauce (SJ2671HA)
- 1 each Flatbread crust, 4"x12"
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 12 each Pepperoni, slices
- 1/2 cup Banana peppers, hot, drained
- 3 fl oz Home Style Ranch Dressing (KE0777)
- 1 tbsp Parsley, chopped
Directions
- In preheated sauté pan, combine Garlic Parmesan Wing Sauce (SJ2671HA) , shrimp, and red pepper flakes. Sauté until shrimp have an internal temperature of 145°F. Reserve.
- Place flatbread on pizza screen and evenly distribute Home Style Ranch Dressing (KE0777), leaving 1/2 inch border on all sides.
- Evenly distribute mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, banana peppers, cooked shrimp, and sauce over flatbread crust..
- Bake in 425°F oven until crispy.
- Remove, sprinkle evenly with chopped parsley, cut and serve.
