Banh Mi Loaded Fries

Ingredients

  • 3 oz Pork belly, cooked, diced
  • 5 fl oz Korean Barbecue & Wing Sauce (SJ3189HA)
  • 5 oz Hand cut potato "chips", crispy
  • 1 tbsp Pickled radishes
  • 2 tbsp Cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup Carrots, shredded
  • 8 slices Jalapeno, fresh, fire roasted
  • 8 slices Fresno peppers, fresh
  • 1 tsp Cilantro, chopped

Directions

  1. Toss diced pork belly in 3 fl oz of Korean Barbecue & Wing Sauce (SJ3189HA).
  2. Fry homemade potato chips, drain and plate.
  3. Top fries with pork belly, vegetables, and cilantro.
  4. Drizzle with remaining Korean Barbecue & Wing Sauce (SJ3189HA) and serve.
