- 12 oz Waffle fries
- 6 oz Pulled pork
- 1 cup Cheese curds
- 1 cup Cole slaw
- 3 fl oz Original Barbecue Sauce (SJ0440HF)
- 1 tsp Scallions, garnish
- Deep fry fries at 350°F until crisp. Drain.
- Place fries on serving platter and top with warmed pulled pork, warm Original Barbecue Sauce (SJ0440HF), cheese curds, slaw, and garnish with scallions.
