BBQ Chicken & Swiss Sandwich

Chicken breast basted with Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet & Spicy Sauce and drizzled with melted cheese. Place it on a roll and you've got a simple, savory sandwich.


8 oz chicken breast, boneless

1 round sandwich roll

2 slices Swiss cheese

3 oz Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet & Spicy Barbecue Sauce

Salt & pepper


1. Season chicken breast with salt and pepper.

2. Grill chicken breast and baste with half of the sauce.

3. Melt cheese over the chicken.

4. Put rest of sauce on roll.

5. Place chicken on roll and serve
