Bourbon Bacon Deviled Eggs

Bourbon glazed bacon served on creamy Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet Red Chili Wing Sauce & Glaze deviled eggs.

Ingredients

3 Ea. Eggs,

1 Tsp. Ken's Extra Heavy Mayonnaise

1 Tsp. Fresh chives,

1 Fl-Oz. Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet Red Chili Wing Sauce & Glaze

2 Ea. Bacon,

1 Fl-Oz. Sweet Baby Ray’s Kickin’ Bourbon Wing Sauce & Glaze

Directions

Remove yolks from egg whites and mix in a bowl with Ken's Extra Heavy Mayonnaise, chives and Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet Red Chili Wing Sauce & Glaze until smooth. Cook bacon slices half way, then glaze with Sweet Baby Ray’s Kickin’ Bourbon Wing Sauce & Glaze. Continue cooking bacon until candied. Finely chop bacon for garnish. Using a pastry bag, pipe the egg yolk mix into the egg white shells. Plate and garnish with candied bacon and chives.
