Buffalo Bleu Cheese Burger

Fresh ground beef patty topped with crumbled blue cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato and Buffalo Wing Sauce on a toasted potato bun.

Ingredients

1 Potato bun, toasted

1 leaf Romaine Lettuce, halved

2 slices Tomato

1 patty Angus Beef, 6 oz

1 oz crumbled blue cheese

3 slices crispy bacon, cut in half

2 fl oz Sweet Baby Ray's Buffalo Wing Sauce

Directions

Grill burger to desired temperature and melt cheese on burger.

Place 3/4 fl oz of Sweet Baby Ray's Buffalo Wing Sauce on heel and top of bun.

Divide lettuce & tomato on heel of bun and place burger on top.

Finish with bacon on cheese.

Garnish with remaining Sweet Baby Ray's Buffalo Wing Sauce on the side & serve immediately.
