Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

Breaded and fried cauliflower florets are tossed with Sweet Baby Ray's Hot Sauce and Butter. Served with blue cheese and celery sticks.


1 cauliflower, cut into florets

1 cup all-purpose flour

3 eggs

2 cups breadcrumbs, seasoned

1/2 cup Sweet Baby Ray’s Hot Sauce

3 tbsp butter, melted

2 oz. Ken's Essential Bleu Cheese Dressing


1.  Prepare breading station and bread cauliflower in flour, egg, and breadcrumbs.

2.  Deep fry cauliflower at 350°F until golden brown.

3.  Combine Sweet Baby Ray’s Hot Sauce and melted butter and pour evenly over cauliflower. Toss gently until cauliflower is evenly coated.

4.  Serve with celery and blue cheese dressing.
