Cajun Sea Bass With Sweet Baby Ray's Mango Habanero Glaze

Cajun seasoned and blackened sea bass fillet glazed with Mango Habanero Sauce.

Ingredients

3 Tbsp Sweet Baby Ray's Mango Habanero Sauce

8 oz Sea Bass Filet

2 Tbsp Cajun Seasoning

1 Tbsp Canola Oil

Directions

1. Using a cast pan, heat the oil over high heat.

2. Season the belly side of the filet with Cajun seasoning and blacken spice side down for 1-2 minutes.

3. Place pan in the oven to finish.

4. Serve immediately, glazing the top with the Sweet Baby Ray's Mango Habanero Sauce.
