Carolina Buffalo Chicken Wings


  • 6 Chicken wings
  • 2 fl oz Carolina Buffalo
  • 1 tbsp Bleu cheese crumbles


  1. Fry chicken wings to 165°F internal temperature for 15 seconds, drain and place in mixing bowl.
  2. Toss wings with freshly made Carolina Buffalo.
  3. Remove to serving plate and garnish with bleu cheese crumbles.
