Championship Challenge BBQ Burger

It’s time to up your burger game by adding Sweet Baby Ray’s Original BBQ Sauce, Sweet Baby Ray’s Honey Hot Sauce, and Ken’s Jalapeno Ranch Dressing to this mouthwatering mountain of meat.


10 oz Big, Texas-size burger patty

2 slices Pepper jack cheese

1 Onion burger bun

Butter to brush on bun

Ken's Jalapeño Ranch Dressing

1/2 leaf Romaine lettuce

2 slices Vine ripe tomato

2 slices Honey hot bacon (see recipe)

2 oz Pulled pork, cooked

1 oz Sweet Baby Ray's Original BBQ Sauce

6 Fried jalapeño rings

12 oz Bacon strips

2-3 oz Sweet Baby Ray's Honey Hot Sauce


Grill the burger to the desired doneness and melt pepper jack cheese on top.

Grill the buttered bun. Put Ken’s Jalapeno Ranch Dressing on the heel of the bun and top with lettuce and tomato.

Place the burger on the tomato and top with bacon. Place pulled pork on the bacon and add SBR Original BBQ Sauce. Top with jalapeno rings.

Spread Ken’s Jalapeno Ranch Dressing on the crown of the bun and place on top of the burger. Let the challenge begin!

Honey Hot Bacon - Preheat oven to 400°F. Place bacon strips on a sheet pan. Drizzle bacon with SBR Honey Hot Sauce. Cook the bacon until crispy.
