Chicken Boom Boom Pow Pizza

Sweet Red Chili Sauce red onions, roasted corn, black beans, cheddar and Monterey jack cheeses on thin flatbread crust top with fried popcorn chicken tossed in Ken's Boom Boom Sauce.


Sprinkle of Flour

Pizza disk 10", par-baked

2 fl-oz Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet Red Chili Wing Glaze

2 fl-oz Red onions, sliced

2 fl-oz Roasted corn, kernels

2 fl-oz Black beans, cooked

2 fl-oz Cheddar cheese, grated

2 fl-oz Monterey Jack cheese

4 fl-oz Chicken breast, diced, breaded, fried

4 fl-oz Ken's Boom Boom Sauce

1 Tbsp Cilantro, chopped

2 Tsp Pumpkin seeds, toasted


1. Lightly sprinkle wooden peel with flour, place dough on peel, portion Sweet Red Chili onto dough evenly leaving 1" rim. Evenly distribute onions, corn, beans and cheeses over pizza.

2. Slide pizza into oven and bake for 6 minutes, rotating until crust is golden brown.

3. Remove pizza from oven and slide onto cutting board.

4. Toss fried chicken in Boom Boom Sauce and distribute evenly over pizza. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro and toasted pumpkin seeds.

5. Drizzle Boom Boom Sauce in a zig zag pattern over pizza. Cut into 6 equal portions and slide onto serving pan.
