Chicken Torta


1 each Telera roll

2 fl oz Sriracha Mayonnaise

5 oz Chicken breast, grilled, sliced

1 oz Pepper jack cheese

1/4 cup Roasted poblano peppers

3 slices Avocado

1 slice Red onion, cut 1/4"


1. Slice roll in half and brush with Sriracha Mayonnaise.

2. Top bottom half with grilled chicken, pepper jack and poblanos. Melt cheese.

3. Top with avocado and red onion.

4. Cut and serve.
