Citrus Mojo Grilled Salmon Filet

Grilled salmon brushed with Citrus Mojo Sauce served with brown rice and asparagus.


1 Tsp. Olive Oil

8 Oz. Salmon filet

Salt and Pepper, to taste

4 Oz. Sweet Baby Ray's Citrus Garlic Mojo Sauce

1 C. Brown Rice, cooked

6 Ea. Asparagus spears, grilled


1.  Heat a grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.

2.  Brush both sides of the salmon fillets with olive oil just before grilling, then season with salt and pepper.

3.  Grill the salmon for about 4 minutes per side, brushing with the Citrus Mojo Sauce during the final few minutes of cooking.

4.  Transfer the salmon to serving plates and brush them with more glaze before serving. Serve with brown rice and asparagus.
