Cordon Bleu Chicken Biscuit

Ingredients

  • 1 Brioche bun, toasted
  • 1 Buttermilk chicken breast, breaded, fried
  • 3 slices Sweet ham
  • 2 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 tbsp Honey Hot Brewpub Mustard

Directions

  1. Toast bun and fry chicken to 165°F.
  2. Place fried chicken on heel and top with Honey Hot Brewpub Mustard, ham and Swiss cheese.
  3. Top with crown and serve
