  1. Toast corn cakes, grill sausage patties, cook eggs over easy and set aside on a plate.
  2. Spread Ken's Signature Creole Chili Pepper Sauce (KE1128-2) on corn cakes and top with tomato slices.
  3. Then, place one sausage patty on each tomato slice and top sausage with poached egg.
  4. Garnish with sliced jalapenos and drizzle with Hot Sauce (SJ5039HH).
