Corncakes Eggs Benedict
Ingredients
- 2 Corn Cakes
- 2 Breakfast Sausage Patties
- 2 Eggs
- 3 fl oz Ken's Signature Creole Chili Pepper Sauce (KE1128-2)
- 2 slices Ripe Tomato
- 6 slices Pickled Jalapeño
- 2 fl oz Hot Sauce (SJ5039HH)
Directions
- Toast corn cakes, grill sausage patties, cook eggs over easy and set aside on a plate.
- Spread Ken's Signature Creole Chili Pepper Sauce (KE1128-2) on corn cakes and top with tomato slices.
- Then, place one sausage patty on each tomato slice and top sausage with poached egg.
- Garnish with sliced jalapenos and drizzle with Hot Sauce (SJ5039HH).
