Fire & Ice Pulled Pork BBQ Sandwich

Ingredients

• 1 Kaiser roll
• 6 oz Pulled pork, heated
• 4 oz Southern Slaw
• 3 oz Hot Barbecue and Wing Sauce (SJ5178HA)
• 5 slices Dill pickles
• 1 oz Crispy onions
• 1 package Southern Cole Slaw Dressing (KE3461PK)
• 5 lbs Cabbage Slaw Mix

Directions

1. For Southern slaw, combine 1 (40 oz) pillow pack of Southern Cole Slaw Dressing (KE3461PK) with 5 lbs cabbage slaw mix.
2. Toss until evenly coated. Cover, label, date and refrigerate extra slaw.
3. Place slaw on heal of roll.
4. Top with pulled pork.
5. Add pickles and crispy onions.
