Fire & Ice Pulled Pork BBQ Sandwich
Ingredients
- 1 Kaiser roll
- 6 oz Pulled pork, heated
- 4 oz Southern Slaw
- 3 oz Hot Barbecue and Wing Sauce (SJ5178HA)
- 5 slices Dill pickles
- 1 oz Crispy onions
Directions
- Combine 1 (40 oz) pillow pack of KE3461PK with 5 lbs cabbage slaw mix to prepare Southern slaw.
- Toss until evenly coated. Cover, label, date and refrigerate extra slaw.
- Place slaw on heal of roll.
- Top with pulled pork.
- Add pickles and crispy onions.
