  1. Combine 1 (40 oz) pillow pack of KE3461PK with 5 lbs cabbage slaw mix to prepare Southern slaw.
  2. Toss until evenly coated. Cover, label, date and refrigerate extra slaw.
  3. Place slaw on heal of roll.
  4. Top with pulled pork.
  5. Add pickles and crispy onions.
