Golden Barbecue Beef Skewer

Beef on skewers, marinated in Ken's Lemon Vinaigrette, and cooked over an open grill. Served over couscous.


4 ea 2 oz. chunks boneless Beef Sirloin

1 ea 2" chunks of red bell pepper, green bell pepper & yellow bell pepper

3 ea 2" chunks each of red onion & yellow onion

1 8" bamboo skewer

4 oz Brown butter sautéed couscous with chopped parsley

3 oz Arugula sautéed in olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper

3 oz Ken's Lemon Vinaigrette

Sweet Baby Ray's Golden Barbecue Sauce


1. Skewer beef and vegetables as shown in picture.

2. Marinate beef skewer in Ken's Lemon Vinaigrette for at least 1 hour.

3. Grill, skewer and lather with Sweet Baby Ray's Golden Brown Barbecue sauce. Serve arugula on top of couscous.
