Grilled Lemon Pepper Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 4 each 4 oz boneless center cut pork chops
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 cups sugar snap peas
- 2 cups mashed potato
- 1 cup Lemon Pepper Wing Sauce (SJ5042HA)
Directions
- Preheat grill to medium-high.
- Season both sides of pork chops with salt and pepper.
- Grill chops until minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees.
- Before removing from grill glaze with lemon pepper sauce.
- Serve with snap peas, mashed potato and additional sauce.
