Grilled Mojo Chicken Sliders

Grilled seasoned chicken filets brushed with Sweet Baby Ray’s Citrus Garlic Mojo Sauce, top with fontina cheese, roasted tomato, grilled onion jalapeno dill relish and Citrus Garlic Mojo Aioli on toasted slider buns.


3 Chicken filets, 2 oz pieces

1 tsp Lemon pepper seasoning

2 tbsp Sweet Baby Ray's Citrus Garlic Mojo Sauce

1.5 oz Fontina cheese, sliced

3 Slider buns, toasted

3 tbsp Citrus Garlic Mojo Aioli, *see recipe

3 Grape tomatoes, halved, roasted

1 tbsp Grilled Onion Jalapeno Dill Pickle Relish, *see recipe


1. Season chicken filets on all sides with lemon pepper.

2. Grill until internal temperature is 165°F for 15 seconds.

3. Brush with Citrus Garlic Mojo Wing Sauce and top each filet with fontina cheese to melt.

4. Remove chicken filets from grill and place on toasted slider buns spread with Citrus Garlic Mojo Aioli.

5. Top each slider with grilled onion jalapeno pickle relish and roasted tomato halves. Secure crown with sandwich pick and serve.
