Grilled Pork Chops With Citrus Mojo

Grilled bone in pork chops sprinkled with chili pepper seasoning, drizzled with Orange Citrus Mojo and sprinkled with fresh mint on a bed of White Cheddar Cheese Green Chili Grits and served with Apple Brussels Sprout Coleslaw.

Ingredients

2 Bone-in Pork Chops, 4 oz

1 sprinkle Chili pepper seasoning

2 fl oz Orange Citrus Mojo, *see recipe

1 tsp fresh mint, chopped

4 fl oz White Cheddar Cheese Green Chili Grits, *see recipe

4 fl oz Apple Brussels Sprouts Coleslaw, *see recipe

Directions

Season pork chops on all side with chili pepper blend.

Grill until internal temperature is 145°F.

Remove from grill and place over bed of White Cheddar Cheese Green Chili Grits.

Drizzle with Orange Citrus Mojo and sprinkle with fresh chop mint.

Serve with Apple Brussels Sprout Coleslaw.
