Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Grilled pork tenderloin with Pit Boss Barbecue Sauce, served with Roasted Rainbow Carrots and garlic Cheddar Mashed Potatoes.


1 Pork tenderloin, seasoned with salt and pepper

2 fl oz Sweet Baby Ray’s Pit Boss Barbecue

1 serving Roasted Rainbow Carrots, *see recipe

1 serving Garlic Cheddar Mashed Potatoes, *see recipe


1. Preheat grill to 500 °F.

2. Place pork tenderloin on oiled grill and turn every 3 minutes on each side to make hatch marks evenly on all sides.

3. Baste steak with a tablespoon of Pit Boss Sauce on each turn.

4. Remove to plate and serve with roasted rainbow carrots and garlic cheddar.

5. Cook to internal temperature of 145°F mashed potatoes.

6. Yield: 2 servings.
