Honey Hot PEI Mussels



  1. Heat oil and add garlic.
  2. Add mussels and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Deglaze with white wine and clam juice.
  4. Cook until all mussels are open; discard any unopened mussels.
  5. Stir in Honey Hot Wing Sauce & Glaze (SJ2993HA), place mussels in bowl with broth.
  6. Garnish with cilantro.
