Honey Hot PEI Mussels
- 24 Pei mussels
- 1 tbsp Garlic
- 1 tbsp Cilantro, fresh, chopped
- 3 fl oz White wine
- 6 fl oz Clam juice
- 2 fl oz Honey Hot Wing Sauce & Glaze (SJ2993HA)
- 1 tbsp Garlic, chopped
- Heat oil and add garlic.
- Add mussels and sauté for 1 minute.
- Deglaze with white wine and clam juice.
- Cook until all mussels are open; discard any unopened mussels.
- Stir in Honey Hot Wing Sauce & Glaze (SJ2993HA), place mussels in bowl with broth.
- Garnish with cilantro.
