Hot Barbecue Smoked Chicken Salad
Ingredients
- 16 fl oz Smoked roasted chicken, blended
- 2 fl oz Celery, chopped
- 2 fl oz Bacon, chopped
- 2 fl oz Smokehouse almonds
- 2 fl oz Pepper-jack cheese
- 2 tbsp Onions, grilled, chopped
- 1 tbsp Chipotle peppers, seeded, diced small
- 2 tbsp Hot Barbecue and Wing Sauce (SJ5178HA)
- 2 tbsp Southern Style Mayonnaise (KE5163)
- 2 each Avocado, ripe, halved, seeded
- 1 tbsp Sour cream
- 4 tbsp Crispy tortilla strips
Directions
- Place all chicken salad mix ingredients in a large mixing bowl and blend mixture until combined. Label, date, and refrigerate until needed.
- Cut two ripe avocados in halve and remove the seed. Fill each avocado half with four fluid ounces chicken salad mix.
- Top with a one tablespoon dollop of sour cream and sprinkle with one tablespoon of tortilla strips. Serve.
