Hot BBQ Chicken Flatbread
Ingredients
- 1 Flatbread crust 4 x 12
- 4 oz Hot Barbecue and Wing Sauce (SJ5178HA)
- 2 cups Mozzarella/cheddar blend, shredded
- 6 oz Cooked sliced chicken
- 1 cup Spinach, chiffonade
- 1 cup Roasted tomatoes
- 1/2 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tbsp Scallions, chopped
Directions
- Place flatbread crust on a pizza screen.
- Evenly spread Hot Barbecue and Wing Sauce (SJ5178HA) over entire flatbread leaving a ½ inch border around all sides.
- Top sauce with mozzarella/cheddar blend.
- Top cheese with chicken.
- Evenly distribute spinach and tomatoes over chicken.
- Sprinkle feta cheese on top and bake in pizza oven until crisp.
- Remove, cut and drizzle more Hot Barbecue and Wing Sauce (SJ5178HA) over the pizza.
- Garnish with scallions.
