Hot Taki Kyoto Chicken Wings


  • 6 Chicken wings
  • 2 fl oz Hot Taki
  • 1/4 tsp Sesame seeds, toasted


  1. Fry chicken wings to 165°F internal temperature for 15 seconds, drain and place in mixing bowl.
  2. Toss wings with Hot Taki, remove to serving plate, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
