Huli Huli Chicken with Pineapple
- Marinate chicken overnight with Sweet Red Chili Wing Sauce & Glaze (SJ2347HA).
- Grill slowly on low grill on all sides until internal temperature is 165°F for 15 seconds.
- Grill fresh pineapple slices and remove chicken and pineapple to center of plate on top of a bed of steamed rice.
- Glaze chicken with remaining Sweet Red Chili Wing Sauce & Glaze (SJ2347HA).
- Serve with Tropical Fruit Salad.
Tropical Fruit Salad
- 1/2 cup Mandarin orange sections
- 1/2 cup Strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 cup Mangos, small dices
- 1/2 cup Peeled kiwi fruit, sliced
- 1 cup Pineapple, medium dice
- 1/2 cup Poppyseed Dressing (KE0731)
- Place all of the cut fruit in a large mixing bowl.
- Combine with Poppyseed Dressing (KE0731), chill, and serve
