Huli Huli Chicken with Pineapple

  1. Marinate chicken overnight with Sweet Red Chili Wing Sauce & Glaze (SJ2347HF).
  2. Grill slowly on low grill on all sides until internal temperature is 165°F for 15 seconds.
  3. Grill fresh pineapple slices and remove chicken and pineapple to center of plate on top of a bed of steamed rice.
  4. Glaze chicken with remaining Sweet Red Chili Wing Sauce & Glaze (SJ2347HF).
  5. Serve with Tropical Fruit Salad.
