Huli Huli Chicken with Pineapple

Directions

  1. Marinate chicken overnight with Sweet Red Chili Wing Sauce & Glaze (SJ2347HA).
  2. Grill slowly on low grill on all sides until internal temperature is 165°F for 15 seconds.
  3. Grill fresh pineapple slices and remove chicken and pineapple to center of plate on top of a bed of steamed rice.
  4. Glaze chicken with remaining Sweet Red Chili Wing Sauce & Glaze (SJ2347HA).
  5. Serve with Tropical Fruit Salad.

Tropical Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Mandarin orange sections
  • 1/2 cup Strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Mangos, small dices
  • 1/2 cup Peeled kiwi fruit, sliced
  • 1 cup Pineapple, medium dice
  • 1/2 cup Poppyseed Dressing (KE0731)

Directions

  1. Place all of the cut fruit in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Combine with Poppyseed Dressing (KE0731), chill, and serve
