Huli Huli Chicken with Pineapple
- Marinate chicken overnight with Sweet Red Chili Wing Sauce & Glaze (SJ2347HF).
- Grill slowly on low grill on all sides until internal temperature is 165°F for 15 seconds.
- Grill fresh pineapple slices and remove chicken and pineapple to center of plate on top of a bed of steamed rice.
- Glaze chicken with remaining Sweet Red Chili Wing Sauce & Glaze (SJ2347HF).
- Serve with Tropical Fruit Salad.
