Jamaican Jerk Whole Roasted Chicken



  1. Place chicken into pan, brush liberally with Jamaican Jerk Wing Sauce (SJ3397HA) inside and out.
  2. Refrigerate minimum 2 hours to marinate.
  3. Preheat oven to 375 F°.
  4. Place chicken in oven and roast until 165 F° internal temperature.
  5. Brush again with Jamaican Jerk Wing Sauce (SJ3397HA) just before serving.
  6. Plate on a bed of the Lime Roasted Potatoes and serve.
