Jamaican Me Crazy Burrito

Jerk chicken, cilantro-lime rice, red peppers and fresh cilantro with Mango Habanero Sauce, wrapped in a chipotle flour tortilla.


1 fl-oz Sweet Baby Ray's Mango Habanero Sauce

1 each Chicken breast, boneless

2 tsp Jerk seasoning

1 each Chipotle flour tortilla wrap, large

2 fl-oz Cilantro-lime rice, cooked, hot

2 fl-oz Black beans, cooked, hot

1 fl-oz Red peppers, roasted, diced

1 tsp Cilantro, fresh, chopped

1 Tbsp Sour cream


1. Season chicken breast with jerk seasoning on each side. Grill chicken until it reaches 165 F internal temperature for 15 seconds. Remove to cutting board and cut medium dice.

2. Heat tortilla wrap on each side for approximately 30 seconds.

3. Place rice, beans, red pepper, chicken and SBR Mango Habanero Sauce on center of wrap.

4. Drizzle with sour cream and sprinkle with cilantro.

5. Fold over and roll wrap tightly securing both ends.

6. Cut wrap on the bias, stack on plate and serve with choice of side.
