Kicked Up Hawaiian Flatbread

Crispy flatbread topped with Sweet Baby Ray's Kickin Bourbon Molasses, cheddar & jack cheese, chopped Applewood bacon, diced pineapple, prosciutto, and red and green onion.


3 fl-oz Sweet Baby Ray's Kickin' Bourbon Molasses Wing Sauce & Glaze

½-cup Cheddar & Jack Cheese, Shredded

2 Tbsp Applewood Bacon, Cooked, Chopped

¼-cup Pineapple, Small/Medium Dice

1 oz Prosciutto, Sliced Thin, Torn

3 Tbsp Red Onion, Sliced

2 Tbsp Green Onion, Chopped

1 each Flat Bread Dough 4x12


1. Top the flat bread with the Kickin Bourbon Molasses sauce, getting ¼ inch from each side. Top the sauce evenly with the cheese, bacon, pineapple, prosciutto, red and green onion.

2. Bake at 425 F until the crust is golden brown and the cheese has melted.

3. Slice and serve immediately.
