Korean BBQ Short Ribs
- 3 Braised beef short ribs, bone-in
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 qt Low-sodium beef broth
- 3 fl oz Korean Barbecue & Wing Sauce (SJ3189HA)
- 1/2 cup Macaroni & cheese, served hot
- 1 tbsp Citrus Chipotle Barbecue Sauce (SJ1961HF)
- Season short ribs with salt and pepper.
- Slow roast in a covered pan with the beef broth.
- Cook until tender at 300 degrees.
- Plate and glaze with warm Korean Barbecue & Wing Sauce (SJ3189HA).
- Serve with your favorite mac & cheese that's drizzled with Citrus Chipotle Barbecue Sauce (SJ1961HF).
