Ingredients

  • 1 French roll, 6"
  • 4 oz Pork belly, braised, seared
  • 1 fl oz Korean Barbecue & Wing Sauce (SJ3189HA)
  • 8 slices Pickled jalapeno
  • 3 slices Cucumber
  • 8 slices Pickled red onion
  • 1 Egg, scrambled
  • 8 slices Pickled radish
  • 1 oz Arugula

Directions

  1. Toast French roll, and layer ingredients, finishing with pork belly glazed with Korean Barbecue & Wing Sauce (SJ3189HA) on top.
  2. Drizzle remaining Korean Barbecue & Wing Sauce (SJ3189HA) and serve.
