Korean Zoodle Bowl
- 8 oz Zucchini noodles
- 4 oz English cucumber, halved, bias cut
- 2 oz Daikon radish noodle, julienne
- 2 oz Purple cabbage, shredded
- 1 tbsp Green onions, bias cut
- 2 fl oz Asian Sesame Dressing (KE0619)
- 1 Egg, soft boiled, halved
- 4 oz Short ribs, marinated grilled
- 3 fl oz Korean Barbecue & Wing Sauce (SJ3189HA)
- sprinkle Black sesame seeds
- Marinate Short Rib in 3 fluid ounces of Korean Barbecue & Wing Sauce (SJ3189HA) for at least 2 hours.
- Grill short ribs on both sides brushing with Korean Barbecue & Wing Sauce (SJ3189HA) until internal temperature is 145F.
- While short rib is grilling in a medium size mixing bowl combine zucchini, cucumber, radish, red cabbage, green onions, and 2 fluid ounces of Asian Sesame Dressing (KE0619)..
- Remove mixture to serving vessel and top with grilled short rib, soft boiled egg and black sesame seeds.
