3 Tbsp Sweet Baby Ray's Garlic Parmesan Sauce
1/2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
8 oz Cod Filet
Dsh Kosher Salt
Dsh Black Pepper, Ground
2 Tbsp Capers, Drained
Lemon Charred for Garnish
Cod fillet seasoned and topped with Garlic Parmesan Sauce with a hint of lemon and capers. Garnished with charred lemon.
3 Tbsp Sweet Baby Ray's Garlic Parmesan Sauce
1/2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
8 oz Cod Filet

Dsh Black Pepper, Ground
2 Tbsp Capers, Drained
Lemon Charred for Garnish
1. Mix the lemon juice and the Sweet Baby Ray's Garlic Parmesan Sauce. Using a small roasting pan or sizzle platter, spray lightly with cooking spray or lightly oil.
2. Place the cod in the pan and season with salt and pepper.
3. Glaze the top of the cod with the lemon garlic parmesan sauce and roast in a 350 degree convection oven until an internal temperature of 145 degrees has been reached.
4. If possible (but not necessary) finish the cod under a broiler or salamander to slightly brown the sauce.
5. Serve immediately garnished with capers and charred lemon.
6. *Works well with all white fish and seafood and even chicken. Great with pasta.
