Lockhart Texas Toast Brisket Sandwich

Texas Smoked Brisket served on Texas Toast with Ken's Magic Coleslaw, dill pickle slices and extra sharp cheddar cheese, drizzled with Honey Barbecue Sauce.


4 slices Texas Toast, lightly buttered and grilled

2 oz Ken's Magic Cole Slaw

6 each Dill Pickles slices

12 oz BBQ Beef Brisket, heated & sliced (Use Texas Smoked Brisket)

2 slices extra sharp cheddar cheese

4 fl-oz Sweet Baby Ray's Honey Barbecue Sauce


1. Place 1 fl-oz of sauce on each slice of grilled bread.

2. Divide brisket on bottom half of bread and top brisket with cheese, slaw & pickle slices.

3. Drizzle remaining sauce over slaw & pickles.

4. Top with 2nd slice of bread. Serve immediately.
