Lucky 8 Chicken Salad

A blend of 8 ingredients: cabbage, sprouts, onions, green, red, and yellow peppers, and Rotisserie chicken in Sriracha Wing Sauce all tossed in Ken's Lime Vinaigrette. Garnished with ginger wonton strips and sesame seeds.


8 oz Rotisserie chicken, pulled, shredded

8 fl-oz Angel hair, cabbage

8 fl-oz Mung bean sprouts

2 fl-oz Red onion, julienne

2 fl-oz Red bell pepper, julienne

2 fl-oz Yellow bell pepper, julienne

2 fl-oz Green bell pepper, julienne

1 fl-oz Ken's Lime Vinaigrette

3 fl-oz Sweet Baby Ray's Sriracha Wing Sauce

2 fl-oz Garlic ginger wonton strips

1 tsp Black sesame seeds


1. In large mixing bowl, place angel hair cabbage, bean sprouts, red onion, peppers and Lime Vinaigrette and mix well.

2. In a separate mixing bowl, combine chicken and Sweet Baby Ray's Sriracha Wing Sauce and Glaze, mix well.

3. Combine chicken with glaze to cabbage salad and mix well until salad is red.

4. Remove to center of cold serving plate and top with wonton strips and a sprinkle of black sesame seeds.
