Lucky 8 Chicken Salad

Ingredients

• 8 oz Rotisserie chicken, pulled, shredded
• 8 oz Angel hair, cabbage
• 8 oz Mung bean sprouts
• 2 oz Red onion, julienne
• 2 oz Red bell pepper, julienne
• 2 oz Yellow bell pepper, julienne
• 2 oz Green bell pepper, julienne
• 1 fl oz Lime Vinaigrette Dressing & Marinade (KE2018)
• 3 fl oz Honey Sriracha Wing Sauce & Glaze (SJ2813HA)
• 2 oz Garlic ginger wonton strips
• 1 tsp Black sesame seeds

Directions

1. In large mixing bowl, place angel hair cabbage, bean sprouts, red onion, peppers and Lime Vinaigrette Dressing & Marinade (KE2018) and mix well.
2. In a separate mixing bowl, combine chicken and Honey Sriracha Wing Sauce & Glaze (SJ2813HA), mix well.
3. Combine chicken with glaze to cabbage salad and mix well until salad is red.
4. Remove to center of cold serving plate and top with wonton strips and a sprinkle of black sesame seeds.
