Maple Ginger Wings

These sticky wings get their sweet-and-salty punch from Sweet Baby Ray's Teriyaki Wing Sauce, making them finger-licking good.


16 fl oz Sweet Baby Ray's Teriyaki Wing Sauce

8 oz Pure maple syrup

2 tbsp Fresh ginger, minced

2 fl oz 2 oz Fresh lemon juice

1/2 tsp Freshly ground black pepper

3 fl oz Ken's Bleu Cheese Dressing, (garnish)

12 Chicken wings


1. Fry chicken wings to 165 F° internal temperature for 15 seconds.

2. Drain and place in a mixing bowl.

3. Toss with freshly made Maple Ginger Glaze until all wings are coated.

4. Remove to a serving plate and garnish with Ken's Bleu Cheese Dressing and celery sticks.

6. Directions for Maple Ginger Glaze :

7. With wings and garnish set aside, place all other ingredients in a mixing bowl.

8. Combine with a wire whisk.

9. Remove to a storage container and label, date and refrigerate.
