Memphis Soul Chicken & Waffle Sandwich


  • 2 Eggs, sunny-side up
  • 2 Waffles, toasted
  • 2 fl oz Maple Infused Barbecue
  • 1 Chicken breast, breaded, fried
  • 2 slices Bacon, crispy


  1. Cook eggs sunny-side up until desired firmness.
  2. Toast waffles and drizzle both on one side with half of the Maple Infused Barbecue.
  3. Place crispy bacon and chicken on each waffle and top with eggs.
  4. Drizzle remaining Maple Infused Barbecue and crown with the other drizzled waffle.
