Moonshine BBQ Wings
- 6 Chicken wing flats
- 6 Chicken wing drums
- 3 fl oz Moonshine BBQ Sauce
- 2 tbsp Pecan pieces, toasted
- Heat Moonshine BBQ Sauce on medium heat and bring to a simmer then remove from the heat.
- Fry the wings until an internal temp of 165°F and toss with the Moonshine BBQ Sauce.
- Place on a decorative plate or bowl and garnish with the toasted pecans.
