Moonshine BBQ Wings

For chicken wings with a kick, fry chicken wings and toss with this savory, sweet Moonshine BBQ (Moonshine and Hickory BBQ). Garnish with toasted pecans.


12 Chicken Wings, Flats (6), Drums (6)

2 fl oz Sweet Baby Ray's Hickory Barbecue Sauce

1 fl oz Moonshine, (grain alcohol or vodka will work)

2 tbsp Pecan Pieces, toasted


1. Using a small sauce pot combine the Sweet Baby Ray's Hickory Barbecue Sauce and the moonshine.

2. Heat on medium heat and bring to a simmer then remove from the heat.

3. Fry the wings and toss with the sauce.

4. Place on a decorative plate or bowl and garnish with the toasted pecans.
