Nashville Hot Chicken Flatbread

Ingredients

3 fl oz Nashville Hot Sauce (SJ3477HA)

1 Flatbread dough

1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella

1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar cheese

1/4 cup Red onion, julienne

2 tbsp Dill pickles, diced

4 oz Chicken tenders, flour dredged deep fried and cut into pieces

1 fl oz Creamy Buttermilk Ranch Dressing (KE1110)

2 tbsp Scallions, diced

Directions

1. Brush dough with 1 fl oz {SJ3477HA].

2. Top with the cheeses, onion and pickles. Bake 400°F until crisp.

3. Remove and top with chicken tossed in 2 fl oz of Nashville Hot Sauce (SJ3477HA).

4. Cut and garnish with a drizzle of Creamy Buttermilk Ranch Dressing (KE1110) and diced scallions.
