No Sugar Added California Barbecue Chicken
Ingredients
- 4 each boneless skinless chicken breasts, approx. 6 oz
 - 1 cup Ray's No Sugar Added Original BBQ Sauce (RY4423HA)
 - salt and black pepper, to taste
 - 4 slices slices fresh mozzarella
 - 4 each slices avocado
 - 4 each slices plum tomato
 - 2 tbsp freshly Chiffonede basil, for garnish
 - 2 cups mixed greens
 - Ken's Signature Balsamic Fig Glaze (KE2335-2), for drizzling
 
Directions
- Heat grill to medium-high. Oil grates, season chicken with salt & pepper and grill while basting with No Sugar Added Original BBQ Sauce (RY4423HA) until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature of 165. Brush again before removing from Grill.
 - Transfer to a sheet pan. Top chicken with mozzarella, avocado, and tomato and place in oven or under salamander to melt cheese.
 - Place mixed greens on plate and top with chicken. Garnish with basil and a drizzle of Ken's Signature Balsamic Fig Glaze (KE2335-2).
