No Sugar Added California Barbecue Chicken



  1. Heat grill to medium-high. Oil grates, season chicken with salt & pepper and grill while basting with No Sugar Added Original BBQ Sauce (RY4423HA) until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature of 165. Brush again before removing from Grill.
  2. Transfer to a sheet pan. Top chicken with mozzarella, avocado, and tomato and place in oven or under salamander to melt cheese.
  3. Place mixed greens on plate and top with chicken. Garnish with basil and a drizzle of Ken's Signature Balsamic Fig Glaze (KE2335-2).
