No Sugar Added Original Barbecue Grilled Shrimp with Pico De Gallo


  • 10 each 16/20 shrimp, tail on P&D, skewered, 5 per skewer
  • 1 cup Ray's No Sugar Added Original Barbecue Sauce (RY4423HA)
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes, small dice
  • 1/4 cup red onions, small dice
  • 1 tbsp lime juice (fresh squeezed)
  • 1 tbsp cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tsp jalapeño pepper, small dice
  • 1 cup iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 lemon, grilled
  • cilantro sprig, for garnish


  1. Preheat the grill to high.
  2. Skewer the shrimp
  3. For the Pico de Gallo, combine the tomatoes, onions, lime juice, cilantro, and jalapeños and season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Season the grill with some vegetable oil or spray pan release and cook the shrimp on both sides while basting with the No Sugar Added Original BBQ Sauce (RY4423HA).
  5. Place the shredded lettuce on the plate and top with the Pico de Gallo.
  6. Place shrimp on plate, garnish with cilantro and grilled lemon.
