Oven Roasted Herbed Honey Mustard Salmon


  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 each 8 oz salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce (SJ5032HA)
  • 2 tsp dried marjoram
  • salt and ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup jasmine rice
  • 6 each grilled asparagus spears


  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Grease a baking sheet with olive oil.
  2. Place salmon fillets on the baking sheet. Brush some of the Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce (SJ5032HA) over the fillets, reserving some for plating.
  3. Season salmon with marjoram, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven until desired doneness is reached.
  5. Serve with the remaining Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce (SJ5032HA) and sides.
