Pineapple Marinated Mango Habanero Wings

Marinated chicken wings, grilled and served with Mango Habanero Wing Sauce.


12 each Chicken Wings

8 fl-oz Pineapple juice

4 fl-oz Coconut milk

2 fl-oz Honey

1 Tbsp Ginger, fresh, chopped

1 Tbsp Lime juice, fresh

6 fl-oz Sweet Baby Ray's Mango Habanero Sauce


1. Combine five marinade ingredients and place in non-reactive container with chicken wings for a minimum of two hours or over night.

2. Remove chicken from marinade and grill chicken wings to 165 F internal temperature for 15 seconds and place in mixing bowl.

3. Toss with 3 fl-oz Sweet Baby Ray's Mango Habanero Wing Sauce until all wings are coated.

4. Remove to serving plate and garnish with 3 fl-oz of sauce and serve immediately.
