Pit Boss Smoked Sausage Grill

Grilled smoked sausage with Pit Boss Barbecue Sauce, served with grilled cabbage and grilled sweet potatoes.


1 Smoked sausage

4 fl oz Sweet Baby Ray’s Pit Boss Barbecue

1 Wedge of Ken’s Classic Grilled Cabbage, 8" piece

2 Sweet potatoes, Sliced, blanched, seasoned, and grilled.


1. Preheat grill to 500 °F.

2. Place sausage, cabbage and sweet potatoes on grill, baste with Pit Boss Sauce turning frequently to avoid burning.

3. Remove to serving plate when cooked.

4. Yield: 2 servings.
