Pit Grilled Texas T-Bone Steak

Bourbon marinate T-bone steak grilled with Pit Boss Barbecue served with Honey Hot Glaze roasted carrots and creamy Chunky Bleu Cheese twice baked potatoes.


1 T-Bone steak, 1" thick, seasoned

2 fl oz Sweet Baby Ray's Pit Boss Barbecue

1 serving Honey Hot Roasted Carrots, *see recipe

1 Chunky Bleu Cheese Twice Baked Potato, *see recipe


1. Preheat grill to 500°F surface temperature.

2. Place steak on grill for 6 minutes on each side, turning to make hatch marks every three minutes on both sides.

3. Baste steak with a tablespoon of Pit Boss Sauce on each turn.

4. Remove to plate and serve alongside Honey Hot Roasted Carrots and the Chunky Bleu Cheese Twice Baked Potato.
