2 short ribs, braised

3 oz Sweet Baby Ray’s Pit Boss Sauce

6 oz coleslaw with Ken’s Magic Blend Dressing (KE0870)

6 beer-battered onion rings, fried


1.  Place braised short ribs on hot chargrill and brush with Pit Boss Sauce. Continue turning ribs and basting with sauce making sure not to burn ribs

2.  When internal temperature of the ribs are 165°F brush with any remaining sauce and remove from grill

3.  Place on serving plate with Magic Blend coleslaw and fried onion rings
