Roasted Tomato and Italian Sausage Flatbread
- 1 each Flatbread crust, 4x12
- 3 fl oz Garlic Parmesan Wing Sauce (SJ2671HA)
- 1/2 cup Italian three cheese blend, shredded
- 1/4 cup Plum tomato, halved, dry roasted
- 1/2 cup Italian fennel sausage, roasted, sliced
- 1/4 cup Red bell peppers, roasted, julienne
- 2 tbsp Basil, chopped
- Place flatbread crust on pizza screen.
- Evenly distribute Garlic Parmesan Wing Sauce (SJ2671HA) over flatbread crust leaving 1/2 inch border on all sides.
- Evenly distribute Italian three cheese blend, roasted plum tomatoes, roasted bell peppers, and sausage over flatbread crust..
- Bake in 425°F oven until crisp.
- sprinkle evenly with fresh chop basil, cut and serve.
