Santa Fe BBQ Chicken


1 each French roll

2 fl oz Honey Barbecue Sauce (SJ0442HF)

5 oz Pulled chicken, warm

1 oz Pepper jack cheese

1/4 cup Carmelized onions

2 pieces Applewood bacon


1. Slice roll in half and brush with Honey Barbecue Sauce (SJ0442HF).

2. Top bottom half with pulled chicken and pepper jack cheese and melt.

3. Top with caramelized onions and bacon.

4. Place top roll on and cut and serve.
