SBR BBQ Chicken Dip

A BBQ chicken dip, baked and served warm with pita chips, breadsticks or tortilla chips.

Ingredients

2 C. Rotisserie chicken, cooked, shredded

8 Oz. Cream Cheese, softened

1/2 C. Sweet Baby Ray's Original BBQ Sauce

1/4 C. Red onion, diced

1 C. Cheddar cheese, shredded

2 C. SBR Original BBQ Sauce

1/2 C. Scallions for garnish, chopped

Directions

In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, cream cheese, BBQ sauce, and red onion. Mix well. Then, spread in the bottom of a 9 inch pie plate. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the top. Place 1 oz. BBQ sauce in a squeeze bottle and drizzle over top in a circular fashion.

Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is golden brown.

Garnish with scallions and serve warm with pita chips, breadsticks or tortilla chips.
